Red and gold pigment moving through deep green

Selected work

What Wylder is building.

Three current examples show how the same capability operates through venture creation, ecosystem architecture, and co-creation.

What exists.
What Wylder does.

The relationship is different in each project and is named accordingly.

These are not presented as portfolio logos. Each example identifies the venture, the practical work underway, and Wylder’s actual role.

01Created within Wylder / in development

The Mirror

A human-development platform supported by intelligent technology.

The Mirror is being designed to help people recognize patterns, understand themselves, and strengthen their relationships. It brings multiple systems of self-knowledge into one private, coherent experience while keeping human agency at the center.

  • Venture and product architecture
  • User experience and intelligence design
  • Privacy and stewardship model
  • Brand, narrative, and development roadmap

Wylder originated the venture and is responsible for its core architecture and development.

02Founding-team and architecture relationship

uStudios

A 19-acre film and media campus taking shape in New Mexico.

uStudios brings soundstages, virtual production, production services, post-production, equipment, financing, workforce development, strategic partnerships, and Studio OS into one integrated production ecosystem.

  • Ecosystem and operating architecture
  • Strategic positioning and narrative
  • Partnership and ecosystem development
  • Capital strategy and Studio OS

Robert W. Dean served on the founding team. Wylder's work spans the architecture, positioning, partnerships, operating design, narrative, and capital strategy of the larger ecosystem.

03Co-created media platform / in development

Harmonize Media

A publishing and media platform for science, story, education, and participation.

Harmonize is being built to carry a body of work across books, film, education, courses, community, field experiences, and cultural distribution without fragmenting the underlying source.

  • Venture and platform architecture
  • Identity and audience pathways
  • Publishing and multi-format media strategy
  • Operating model and development sequence

Wylder is shaping the originating architecture, identity, platform pathways, operating model, and long-term development strategy.

Different sectors.
The same capability.

Wylder is organized around a way of seeing and building, not a single industry. We work where several systems must be understood and designed together.

01

Land, water and place

Ventures, infrastructure, and ownership models grounded in stewardship and the realities of place.

02

Capital and finance

Capital structures and economic models aligned to purpose, risk, duration, and responsibility.

03

Media and culture

Films, publishing, and platforms that translate consequential ideas into public understanding and participation.

04

Education

Learning environments built around curiosity, development, embodiment, direct experience, and place.

05

Health and human development

Products and systems that strengthen agency, wholeness, relationship, and human capacity.

06

Technology and intelligence

Tools that expand human capability while protecting attention, privacy, judgment, and sovereignty.

07

Enterprise and governance

Organizations in which ownership, incentives, authority, operations, and purpose reinforce one another.

08

Experience and community

Places, gatherings, hospitality, and shared experiences through which an idea becomes directly livable.

From individual ventures to complete environments.

At a larger scale, distinct forms can meet in one place.

Water, food, energy, architecture, education, technology, health, culture, and community can be designed in relationship rather than addressed one system at a time.

This is a longer-term direction for Wylder: environments where the worldview can be inhabited, tested, measured, and improved through daily life.

Did it work?
Did it remain true?
What changed because it exists?

We look at commercial and operational performance alongside the quality of the product or experience, the vitality it creates, the relationships it strengthens, and the knowledge, trust, capability, and value it returns.
